I am using this Tata water purifier in my office. I bought this Tata water purifier from a showroom ten months ago. This Tata water purifier is ease of use for me. I disappointed with this Tata water purifier. One day, I found much black dirt particles in water after it gets purified. I change the water at the same time and fill fresh water again but water is not clean again. I call to customer care for servicing and a technician did not come to my home after one day. Then finally, I went to their showroom and they made this water purifier in free of cost.
If you want to use this water purifier please keep some point tin your mind.
Check its quality.
Taste its purify water.
Know for warranty service.
