Dear TATASKY,
1) PLEASE, PLEASE stop displaying information bands across the screen during a show, especially at critical moments! Display anything you want during commercial breaks, but PLEASE don't spoil the thrill of a show. It kills my desire to watch TV.
2) Kindly provide me a personal Dish for my connection. I don't want to be connected with the MDU - common dish for the entire complex, because you refuse to attach some power backup device with it. If I have my own dish, I can attach a UPS for when power cuts ruin viewing pleasure.
3) There should be some system to pre-set more than 50 alerts / reminders for favorite programmes by time, and set the list'permanently' to jump to each preferred programme at its start time. Just as FAVORITE channels are saved for good, favorite programmes also must have some means to set their auto-start permanently till user changes it.
Every 3 days I have to sit painstakingly queuing my favorites, limited to 50 alerts only! I am unable to enjoy viewing my programmes when I do that because the show screen is obliterated by the alerts setting screens.
