I am using this salt since last 3 month. Am Fully Satisfied. Generally Tata salt is less Sodium content compared to other salts. Its better for health. After using Tata salt, I was very comfortable. low sodium salt there is significant changes in the blood pressure without taking any medicine. Tata salt contains more potassium Chloride.
This Potassium Chloride is really need for our body. Rate is Just high Compared to other salt. Please take sodium according to your health, because health condition may be differ for person to person. Tata salt is highly recommend for those people want less sodium content. Generally if you take more salt in any Brand, then more disease comes to you. This is My Personal Suggestion.
