They should improve thier costumer care services . I am tata sky cable connection at my home, many times they say that I have subscribed to HD services or any other channels and cut rates for them but I havent subscribed for it .
Many times I get call from Tata Sky Costumer care and they ask me to subscribe to the channels I don't want to, they try to convince me and I say them many times that I dont wanna do si and I have to cut the call at last . [In short they eat my head]
Please improve your costumer care services, then may I rate you 5 stars .
