I have a Tata Sky set top box and my personal experience about is it is not so good compare to other services provider. Sound Quality is Low so I have to increase volume from my TV remote, Picture Quality is Good But some times dots come.One best service about it is we can recharge it from so many Recharge website like paytm. Customer Support is Ok not so good, Now they have IVR System. One Bad thing about it is when the recharge due date comes soon it display 2 minutes message on screen every 10 minutes which disturb.
Overall Not so Good Not So Bad. check Other Set top box before Buying.
