There was no service on 20.05.15 from morning. I had to see IPL match through Laptop. I spoke to customer care personnel with great difficulty(queue no.28 & queue no.14) twice to rectify the problem over phone but in vain.
On 21.5.15 morning registered a complaint and received WO:I6S1CLB through SMS mentioning technician visit between 15.20 & 16.00 but in vain.
On 22.5.15 afternoon I had online chat with TataSky personnel who apologized and said that I will be intimated over phone the timing of technician visit but in vain.
Do refer to attachment for name and script exchanged during the online chat. As of now 3 days without service.
I had to engage a third party and paid a premium to rectify the problem.
On 25.5.15 again due to non-availability of service, I had to register a complaint and received WO:I9GDQJP with a sms'We will contact you soon for taking appointment related to technician visit but in vain.
Later in the day I received SMS that visit is scheduled between 16:00 and 16:40 but in Vain.
Then at 19:06 another SMS that mentioned schedule time between 19:20 & 20:00 but in vain.
As of now 4 days no service
I had to engage a third party and paid a premium to rectify the problem.
On 26.5.15 at around 3.30 p.m. again I contacted tatasky personnel through online chat(refer to attachment for snapshot of chat window) and insisted on refunding the rental for the days of No service, which he also registered. BUT TILL DATE, IN VAIN.
