I have been using the Tata Sky past 4 months and in these 4 months I mostly have called them at least of 12 times where even once I could see an perfect resolution for my problem from customer team.
In order to change plan I gave them call the greatest funny issue is even customer care executives most of them not sure of the plans and more over they make us be on stand on phone line for most of the time in searching them finally they answer sir you can press help button on your remote and make changes in plans I am so vexed that I am not even much interested in writing more bad view about this provider.
So please provide an valuable services for customers before you loose them.
