The signal comes from satellite to earth and tata sky pack rates going upwards. for last two years we been using tata sky services and used to recharge that metro channel comes for Rs.360/-. This pack includes all most all channel that tata sky provides and it was affordable. we were happy for few months, then they increase the rate by 20/-. that didnt affect us coz we were happy with that much channels in that pack. Later on they keep increasing their rates and insist us to change to Dhamal Mix which now comes of Rs.270. Their strength quality and services are good but if they hike price many time within an year, they gonna drop some customers. In my opinion they have to introduce some new packs which comes under Rs.300 and have a few channels from every section. Hope they will come up with some user friendly pack until then being an adjusting customer who embrace that dhamal mix pack .If planning to have Tata sky connection, jus compare it with other DTH operators plans and decide .i think u can find some other good providers with a better pack.
