Hi everyone, I was using Tata sky for the past 5 year and the service was really fabulous.
I always recharge online for Tata sky through Payatm which was very easy for me.
I have also used the near by shop for recharging it when I had a internet issues.
You can also do a monthly quarterly, halferly and annual recharge also were could get get a great discount.
Some time I subscribe Sports channel for me and other Cartoon channels for my kid and its was Rs 30 per month.
I recharge for RS 230 per month and I get almost all the channels I need including discovery and English channels.
I have 3 Tata sky connection in my home untill now and if you keep just 3to4 sound points in Tata sky remote with average sound in TV remote it would be very loud.
When I call the Customer service for any queries I was able to reach them immediately without any wait time and I also get a good response and they resolve my issue quickly.
My neighbours has Got a local cable connection, they pay RS 120 per month but the connection is not very good the quality was vert poor.
There was a cable connection issue in my are and they took around 1 week to fix it and my friends was unable to watch tv till they fixed.
I recommended my friends to go for Tata sky because of the quality and they have HD also.
Some time if the remote is broken you can get it easily in the recharging shop for just RS 100 with battery.
Even though we need to pay around 1800 bucks for new installation of Tata sky its worthy because when we move house we can take it wot ourself and use it in the next house.
But Local cable connection we need to pay RS 350 as deposit for the bad service they provide and they do not return the deposit when we disconnect the service and we cannot use the same service in case we are shifting home.
I had the Tata sky working for me even in heavy rain and Thunder storm which made me to feel that I went for the right product.
I recommended this product to my neighbours after the cable when worse and now most of the houses in my street have Tata sky.
