Tata sky makes your life hell. Pathetic customer service they have. TV goes off atleast for 4-5 hrs per day. Customer service employees are like robots talking to you. Service persons do not come on the said date and time. Only thing which you receive is thousand of SMSs which are of no use.
After a long waiting period they send service people who do not have any knowledge at all, they just come to buy time. Tata company should realize that customers are not fools, we do understand whats going on with their so called service. Above all, we are supposed to call them everyday for some problem or the other and talk with robots. They dont even have a toll free number....Pathetic!
