I had bough TATA Sky and after two months I had recharged online through TATA SKY web side on 21-06-2016 and paid amount. I got confirmation from TATA SKY website for the payment. Even after 24 hours my account is not showing balance.
I called to call center, as per call center payment is showing but not got submitted and we have to wait for another 48 hours. If it not got submitted then your payment will revert back.
This I found pathetic service, that I paid from TATA Sky web site and got confirmation of payment and still I have to wait keeping my TV off for 48 hours.
