I have installed tata sky, recently recharged for 6 months in dhamal pack. in that few channels are showing non signal in the set up box, rest all channels are coming.
Its completely technical issue from their side. I calked customer care people, explined my problem, they cut my call after listening to my issue without any responce. Next I called again, one of the executive promised me that he will send person to rectify it. But I need to pay money for the person who is visiting, even though problem is their side, y I need to pay money , they responded ur wish. worst service abs worst response. Hate like any thing.
