Sub-Standard parts. Review on Tata Marina

We bought a Marina Disel in Feb. 2006. Since day one we have been complaining to the dealer in Delhi about the fuel gauge problem and windscreen defect.The ansers provided by the service engg. is that TATA cars have this problem.The fuel guage needle starts swinging between empty and half , the moment fuel is nearing reserve point.Sometimes, it shows half, and the very next moment is shows almost nil.

The view from corners of the windscreen is not proper. The view is somewhat wavy.This was also brough to the notice of the company (through letter). The reply which we recd.was that , the company will look into this problem in future models. but there was not a word about the existing problem.The engine oil also leaks at the same point rom the engine.(tappet).Every time the service people say that they have tightened the wire connections, and the problem of fuel guage will not occur
