Please concentrate on customer support staff. They don't have manner to talk to a customer. Their behavior is very pathetic. They are very unprofessional.
I had a query for my complain and it took lot of time to get resolved. Moreover, when I follow up them, they are not ready to listen customer view.
They just keep on talking there stuff and the manner they speak was very loud. They simply try to cut your talk and keep telling about them by raising voice.
It is very disappointing when this is happening with customer support of Tata group of companies.
