I'd really like to find out how long the NDTV guys had this product for before awarding it the "Gadget of the year". In my opinion it was probably for a few days since that is precisely the time it works for after which it crawls to a speed that makes you wonder why you didn't stick to using a DIAL-UP modem. I have this product for six months now and have lodged 3 complaints with regard to speed - PTC0751362646, PTC0751506337 and PTC0751515199.
These complaints seem to get resolved mysteriously, without the customer being involved at all. They take your complaint and do nothing and after a few days when you call they say "That complaint is resolved and closed". Then you have to start all over again by providing all your details, which OS, your address, your mobile number, etc. etc. and you get a new complaint number. And so the cycle continues. I have a BSNL landline connection and I get better service from them than from the Tatas. Its a pity that the Tata name is associated with such a pathetic product.
NDTV, please see reality and award it "Garbage of the year" this year!
