I got the Tata Indicom Connection 4 months ago. I have herad lot about it from my freinds due to its competetive call charges and data plans.
So after buying the sim it got 8 days to activate. I tried to call their customer support but this is the wrost customer care I have talk to ever. They didnt help at all.
As I live in rural are after activating the sim I didnt got any network at all. it gives only one network in open area. be it outside house or roof of house. this is the wrost network sim I have came across.
It get some networks in the city near me but that was not of any use bcoz I live in village.
after 3 months I port this sim into anoyher network. I am really disaponited with their network area and customer support.
I suggest any one who lives in a village or small town think before buying. Thank You
