The most shitty service I ha ve never seen my life. Assuming that the BSNL is govt company and customer service would be too bad I subscribed for TATA indicom. The connection is not at all reliable and very slow. it disconnects every 10 min. I have took an unlimited plan and I m not able to upload / download anything becoz of the superb worst speed and superb worst stability. I m wondering if someone could provide me a lead to sue them.
It hasnt added any value but the frustration and hypertension.
Customer service is too bad. the call a customer makes with some problem will have to be on hold and transfers from department to department for atleast 15 minutes to listen to false promises. I would never recomend any one to get into this and lose the peace.
Pls asume you will end up paying more than half cost by wasting ur time with the speed they offer and phone bills in addition to the bill u pay for service
