I took the unlimited internet option from TATA. The sales rep came to our house and was very convincing. In the first month it was all good. The speed was nice, there were no hiccups with the connection. But then it all went haywire. The modem would restart on it on. The speed would never b consistent.
I would call the customer service to complaint and they do a few tweaks and it would work for a week and then it back it the same old shy condition. Eventually the customer service guys also won't respond to your call. Then everything finally went into the drain.
Before I completely cancelled the connection. It got so bad that my phone bill was three times as much just cause I had to call these people to complaint. I averaged about 2 calls a day. And finally I called and said I don't want your connection and that I will only pay the usage rent and not the complete bill cause I did not have a connection for the whole month. To which they were like, no you have to atleast pay half in order for us to close the account. To this I agreed because I just wanted the nightmare to be over. But after everything was done and clear, they started harassing me for the rest of the money. Finally I said I have proof that you guys cheated me and that I will complain at the consumer court. And only then did they stop harassing me.
These guys are bullies and the worst. Don't ever take this connection.
