I could never imagine my self writing a bad reviews for tata's docomo internet services, but their connection reliability, super slow / variable speed and last but definitely not the least HORRIBLE customer service has MOTIVATED me to mention about their astonishingly service.
Speed- The most unpredictable speed in this ISP. I am on 8 MBPS - 160GB(FUP Limit) plan, but trust me I never got more than 4-5 mbps(These were the good days), I cannot comment on the bad days.
Connection reliability- Its ok, but what's the use of reliability if I get a mere speed to 1-2 mbps on 8mbps connection. I believe my 2g connection on mobile gives better speed.
Service Support- The WORST.if english category had the 4th form of worst then I would give that. Far far far from worst. The customer center people absolutely have no idea and can only tel you stupid steps of Router on & off and many other useless steps. Even if the complaint is registered, they would never call you. its the customer who has to run after their lives to get the connection working.
Pls. Pls. Pls stay away from Tata Docomo connection. Please use 2g internet of mobile that is far more reliable than this.I am now switching back to Nextra even though the FUP limit is way less, but with their speed and the customer center/ tech team at least you have peace of your mind.
