I was using Tata docomo walky, they have given me some faulty handset which started giving problem in the first month itself. I raised many complaints ab out the same but no one ever turned up.
Finally I gave up and told them to disconnect the line., It took more than 3 months for them to disconnect, I paid for the first 3 months and once I told them to disconnect, I stopped paying them, still they continued to bill me even though hand set was dead, now they are sending me mails about legal notice and threatening me.
