Hi all,
I write this review after using Tata Docomo. For more than 2 years. I was always a fan of all their packs. In the early days of do-co-mo their message packs were excellent.
Even now their call rates are cheapest compared to Airtel. But their coverage has been a problem.
U never get a proper coverage. Not only that, customer care which used to be very good earlier is pathetic these days.
They answer the calls after say half an hour of wait. Not only that customer care people dont seem to have patience and talk very rude.
