Hi All,
This is regarding my experience with Tata Docomo. I went to their Koramangala office on 15th October and took a post paid SIM. Along with that, I clearly told the person who serviced me to add me for Rs. 29 SMS pack as well.
My outgoing got barred on 9th December citing non payment of Rs. 1644. I went to Tata Docmom Frazer Town Branch and made the payment.
I also sent message to customer care for activation of Rs. 29 SMS pack. I got the reply for this message as well.
On 9th December, I sent a mail to grievance cell(listens) as well as appellate authority. I got a reply only on 26th December only.
In between, Ms. Parvathy from appellate tribunal called me and told that they don't have a record of SMS pack activation in both instances.
They're asking me to send message to their customer care again for SMS pack activation.
Why there is no record of customer request on 15th October? Why there is no record of SMS activation request which I made on 10th Dec?
Why there's a delay of 18 days to reply on a customer complaint? This is a shabby service provided by Tata Docomo. Their call centre is pathetic where you are kept on hold for almost 30 minutes and even after that also no one bothers to talk to you.
It's an utter kiosk in their Koramangala Branch where there will be huge crowd and nobody will be really bothered to service you. In Frazer town branch, even if ask someone also, they won't show interest.
I sincerely request you not to opt for Tata Docomo services.
