Good to great is an excellet book return by jim collins and there are examples in which good companies are turning to great, where as good to worst, is an example what tata docomo is turning itself to be, tata's which have been a brand of trust for we indian's since decads even my grandfather, my father also me used the brand with great pride and trust, but with my experience since last fortnight I am horrified and exclaimed how such a good company has turn out to be such an pathetic company my experience with the company


tata docomo has an policy that if data in your pack is 1100 mb by 10th april(3g data) and if you recharge the same before 10th april with any 3g pack data gets added, same was my case I was having around 1100 or more data which was valid I think around 10th april, I did the expiry of date 2g data recharge with 95 rs which data 500mb valid for 14 days and there after 154 rs 3g data of 750mb valid for 21 days.


I was estonised to see that my 1100 mb, and 500 mb 2g data expired before the due date only i.e. 10 th april I was  not able to do anything even uptill 12.00 pm. I mailed the company the matter that how can they lapse they replied me with complaint no M26320256, that as per there policy they have overlaped my 3g data and 2g data, I was really horrified by there response, adding to my frustation, my sim stopped working suddenly since 12th april(may be they have stopped it, I called to there customer care no through my another tata docomo no of my another family member, I was here also astonished to see there respones in which they told me to call after 1 and 1.5 hours and there also they charged me for call to customer care no 121, I would have been satisfied if they would have replied to my solution or tried, because there systems are not working you need to pay for the call, this was ok, then again I tried but now I was unalbe to connect, that was irritating but still, through website I called there toll free no 18 series so no. one time they told ok, I told them to provide there service centre addres in my town they told that they will sms me I waited but for 3 -4 hours I again tried, same response I got but till date I didnt recived there call again I called there no some hours after and asked directly for  there address of service centre they provide me there docomo store address I reached there and for there I got response that for prepaid no go to another address I reached there but there centre but  no guy was present there, after 11.15 or 11.20  am the person there told he told give your addess and id your sim will be replased and 100 rs for sim replacment charges I provided him, he gave me sim and told it will be activated in 2 hours, and dont break the sim unless it starts else if there is some again with new sim it will not be replaced, so I need to arrange old cell nokia cell I inserted/ restarted and took sim out and again inserted and restarted after  3 hours but it didnt work I tried many times contacted them they told try afte 2-3 hours and again after 2-3 hours I tried to call and they told me to try after 15 mins and after 30 minuted it started, what an worst expierence, I am many things more to write but now I am leaving the review very pathetic custoer service a very good example of how good company turn worst

I am using the product since 7 years at the same time I purchased sim of airtel and idea, all offered at that time 1 paisa/sec but docomo continued its commitment and till now they are charging me 1 paisa/sec but this idea and airtel changed the charged to 1.2 paisa then to 1.5 paisa and than to 2 paisa, all are breaking there commitments but they continuied to there commitment though there data plans are some what on higher side but they do what they speak not like other operators and ya connectivity is some what issue, but they do what they say this is what I like of them and really appraise of them
