Tata has a big network and they have given their broadband to be maintained by third parties.
This sometimes creates a lot of problems.
The wait time for their IVRS is exceptionally high often calling Tata-docomo guys is big task.
I mention this as their is huge nuisance value associated with it.
First its very difficult to connect to them, then once they pick up their is a series of verification and feedback calls that come from different offices as if they don't trust their field operatives.
standard procedures and responses are not clear one can easily make out the anarchy going in this department.
-Don't take any clues about Misrty's ouster form here-
But overall if they didn't offer a landline connection at 99 rs top-up on regular broadband pack
it would be of scarce use to many.
The speed and bandwidth are ok but customer support really sucks thus I give it a thumbs down.
