I have been sharing my good and bad both the experiences with all of you over here. Today, I would like to share a good experience of mine which I had when I used to be a part of Tata Consultancy Services LTD.
Well, Tata Consultancy Services is a multinational information technology service company. IT was founded in 1968 by J.R.D Tata in Mumbai and now it has spread like cheese over the world. You get a world class working environment over here and a very well maintained management who know what needs to be done at the right moment.
Multinational companies like Convergys and all do not know how to retain their employees and how to satisfy them. However, Tata Consultancy Services is an exception over it. You get to see well behaved management while the Human Resources will help you all the way where you want.
I have been a part of this company for around one year and would definitely go back if getting another chance.
