I joined 2.5 years ago, at that time it was being told that this IT giant is the best and job is 100% secured. But you will realise no job is fully secured in IT industry. From that time TCS has changed its policy very much. Unlike other companies it also changed its policies. But it is very difficult to adjust in the new policy in TCS for employees. Your salary will be increased 8-12% annual. In promotion also salary hike is almost same 10-12% which is not good. Job is not secured at all. One thing is good that you can learn different technologies. Gather more knowledge as it covers wide area in industry.
Tcs management also knows very well that company will earn more revenue by the help of freshers. So they hire 50-60 thousand freshers every year and pay less attention to its senior employees. Actually they dont care about senior employees. What they need is more work in less money.
