They never accepts your Payment. They never attends your call.
If you pay by cheque , this Company do not processes it.Your 100 Rs gradually becomes 10000 Rs. & even when you tries to close this card, they delays the Closing & keeps sending the Bill.
This is the revenue generating Strategy of this Company.
Few of my friends are facing the same Problem.Please raise Complaint to the Consumer Forum & CBI, if you are also facing the same problem with this Card.
I had given a request to close this Card to the Customer Support & even I am requested twice, they have still not closed the account.They keep on sending me the new bill with penalty and interest.
This card is a insult to the Tata Group.Only advantage is that they easily give good Credit limit.
Never Go for this Card.
