I was at croma juhu buying a samsung s5. the tata card agent started to convince me to sign up for the credit card. first he told me I need nothing only address proof. then he took my credit card copy and my bill of samsung s5. then I got a few verfication calls. maybe 5 of them.They took my pan card details and everything and told me all the rules of the cards. and that I would get points back if I purchased 2000 worth of good. etc etc. and then they disappeared. they have all important documents. But nobody gave me my application number. dont know if I am getting card or it had been rejected. I think they need to be more clear.i even sent them a email provided to me by one of the representatives asking about the card but no reply. it has been two months. I want my documents back or a clear letter stating whether or not you are giving me my card or number, If not provide me reasons.
