I would have given a lower rating than poor if it was available. When I contacted TATA BP for purchasing their heater, they sent a personnel from Green Power Solutions. They kept us waiting every time for more than 2-3 hrs.
After the purchase was made, we informed them(Green Power) that since our terrace was to have 1 more round of concrete, we will have to re-fix the installation once again. At that point their personnel informed us that this would be fine and would be done without any extra charges.
I asked for the re fixing after 2 weeks and a reminded the supervisor, that this was a re-fixing. Even at that point they just kept informing us that they would send their people to do the re-fix. However, after we waited for over 2 hrs for their crew, the supervisor suddenly informs us that since this is a re-fix, they would have to charge and only after we agree they would send their people.
If this is the response for a re-fix after 2 weeks of purchase, imagine what will happen after a year. I would really request those thinking of purchasing a solar heater to look for a different vendor.
