I had my zero debt policy for my car and I have renewed my AIG policy first claim in 2 years and you won't believe, the experience is not that good.
My car had front end collision primarily but it also had some damaged on the side. When the surveyor visited it he denied the complete claim and ready for the front claim only? My question is why? he said I won't give claim on damage part? I said so what? if it had damaged of 10% earlier and now got 80% damage why won't you give claim on it.
I know I am the sufferer and I can't do anything to convince him anyhow I have to pay money for it. This is not expected from a company like AIG.
