On listening to the word'Tart', the main thing that strikes a chord is tart and succulent or velvety pastries in little overhangs, or cakes, and related things. Sadly, notwithstanding when the name of this outlet is tart, it doesn't generally do equity to tarts. Truth be told the most alluring things are snackbites like puffs, sandwiches, macaronis, et cetera.
