The inspiration... Review on Tara Rum Pum

Normally I dont watch hindi films... then my friend convinced me of watching bheja fry, a comedy movie which I too, had much heard about! the ticket guy told that tickets were not available, instead he had tickets for ta ra rum pum. my friend immediately bought the tickets for the film though they were 40 bucks more than bheja fry's. I scolded him for doing it, but that guy convinced me that the film was good or else he would pay for my ticket too.. the theatre was my favorite and we sat in the theatre. actually to be frank, I hadnt even seen the trailors of the film properly, hence I didnt know what it was exactly about. so back to the theatre, we sat and the movie started. I was overjoyed to see that the movie had racing as its theme as its started with a race.

Then for few minutes, the story went into flashback:

saif(RV- rajver singh) takes a cab whose driver was javed jaffrey (harry), a gujju guy who was funny and helpful. saif paid him some money to let him drive the cab in which rani mukherjee (shona). he drove as if he was racing which got harry into ashtonishment and harry introduced him to a race team manager(speeding saddles), billy bhatia. The manager loved his driving and hired him. RV had no stopping from then and he was the no. 1 racer. in the meantime he married shona and got two children-princess and champ. they were a happy family untill RV loses one of the races and meets with an accident due to a new driver, rusty.

Life takes a turn from there when RV's house and all the belongings including furniture are mortgaged as he had bought all the things on installments. they are left with little money with which they leave their house and shift to a poor locality.

The kids by unluck come to know bout this and start skipping meals to save money. they are truly understanding. RV's son gets sick and they require 65000 dollars to save his life. he races back to the race track forming a team with harry and few other cabbies(taxi drivers) and wins the race.

a must watch film for all children who dont understand the valur of money and dont understand their parents.

the actors truly do justice to their roles. javed jaffrey's acting is really funny.
