I feel this review is:
I bought 2kg Tara nutricare whey protein.It was mentioned in the pack that 1 scoop of 30 gram provides 16 gram protein and 200 calories.All of this is a lie.I did not gain any muscle.After workout I drank it mixing with milk and got no results then I mixed it with water still no results.The taste is not very bad too.Then I switched to My fit fuel which showed positive results and tastes much better.
