-Why did you join this club?
Because it was close to my house.
-How well-kept are the equipment?
Ok. But they are now only a year old. However cheap alternatives to what a gym should really have
-What other amenities does the club offer?
Lots. But space is cramped, hence cannot be used.
-How knowledgeable are the staff members?
Very poor compared to'Endurance, Abs or Gold.'
-Describe any classes you've taken at this gym.
Yoga & aerobics-but its really for old timers. New people cannot adjust to speed nor do instructors really care.
-For whom would you recommend this chain(serious bodybuilders, women, the average person)?
None. Sorry.
Conrad is the worst gym manager you would come across. His trainers are a bunch of goondas who boss around the gym as per his instructions. They keep complaining of the poor salary and commission they get from the management.
The GM is good and knowledgeable, but unfortunately is under the influence of Conrad and his people. Hence not knowing what really happens.
The gym is ok for people who know their stuff. But they wont get any help since the others have very basic knowledge.
