I have approached a builder, he had suggested me to take home loan either from IIFL or DHFL which one to go for it, while taking home loan what are the procedures to be asked and how much time will it take to dispatch the loan, how are the processing fees calculated, is there any document charges to paid to the bank, Is it wiser to go for the above finance companies, please any one suggest which one to go.
