Me and my four friends planned to go for a vocational trip to bangalore in month of july 2016. and so we all started by train from jaipur to bangalore. and after that we reached at bangalore station in morning time. so we all were so tired and want to take some rest and bath. so we decided to stay in a hotel.
And then we searched on internet about hotels and then we found an hotel name - TAJ HOTEL which is located in shivaji nagar near jumma masjid road. and after an hour, we reached at hotel and booked 2 rooms there. and after this we reached in our rooms and then we tried to switched on ac, but ac was not working properly.
Toilet and farsh not cleaned properly. we told about staff members for these problems. but they dont give us any satisfied answer. and after that we all goes in canteen for food. but after eating food we feels that taste of food was not so good and service quality was also poor.
And charges of any services was too much higher.one room booking charge for one night was 3100. so we don't like this hotel.
