I have bought a TVS JUPITER last to last month
I am from MEERUT, UTTAR PRADESH
the TVS JUPITER have a good performance, within 5-10 sec. it crosses 60
jupiter is stylish in design,
smart from features like outer fuel mob,
milage of this scooter is not upto mark, from what company claims
this scooter have a problem of vibrating after crossing 60
my first service was satisfactory, they listen all my problems AND promptly react on that
at the end of the 1st month, i met with an accident
the scooter was damaged from right side,
I approach TVS service center for repairing my scooter,
they said to fulfill all my details and I completed that bt after doing,
I asked how much time it will take to repair my scooter,
they say sir it will take about 15-20 days and that lead time is quite long,
but I do not have any option except waiting,
last month I visited TVS service center because they have not repair all the stuff like the headlamp was not working, the front wheel was touching the mudguard and most important the front wheel was bubbling, vibrating with the increase in ignition/speed
break was also loose
after my 2nd visit
when I checked the, is all my problems are finished or not,
all other problems were cured but the vibration in the front wheel was still there,
I again complained them after testing,
they said, sir please wait for 20 minutes
we will solve your problem
after 30-40 minutes, they came and said, my scooter is ready,
I again tested though the drive, the problem of vibration was less but it was there,
due to shortage of the, i decided to go to work because after complaining 3 times,
the problem wsa not being cured, it will be the wesatge of time, if I again go to them.
your service technicians are not knowledgable because they are unable to solve my problem
and one more thing, one of your attendent have charged money for those items, which were not changes like head lamp bulb but when I complain, the accounts department called the service man, who was working on my scooter,
he told the exact money that I have to pay for the service,
I was shocked, the difference was of 550 rupee, which is a material difference and cannot be ignored
so please charge the money according to the work, otherwise people will be scared while going for service to your authorized service centre and they will prefer to go to the nearby repair shop for service.
the seat of the scooter is quite uncomfortable as compared to activa.
the engine create more sound while driving, its seems that, the scooter have some problem in the engine.
the tryes have a small wheel base, which do not make better grip on the road and chances of accident increses and in rainy season its very risky, while going out on the scooter.
