The consignment no. GD967000792WW was given to us by our tower security on 12th of June, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. when I returned with my mother from an eye hospital, where we got her ready for her upcoming surgery. I had ordered a 5-face Rudraksha from Nepa Rudraksha based in Kathmandu to help my mother recover soon and for her protection. The package however comes damaged. TNT couriers had not bothered to call us up to let us know that the package is going to be delivered. If we had been notified of the same, wouldn't we have stayed at home itself? The courier boy did not even bother to drop a "we missed you" card in our mailbox. I had purchased the Rudraksha specially from Kathmandu spending a lot of money, because the beads from there are supposed to be very pure. Now, how do I know as to who tampered with the package? The bead is completely useless now.


Now, the Ziploc that contains the original Rudraksha was also torn a bit. Somebody had obviously attempted to open the packet and now, that person's energies would be transferred to the Rudraksha and it will become unusable. You are not supposed to use a Rudraksha that is either damaged or touched by someone else. Eight dollars sent to Nepa Rudraksha down the drain due to their using the services of TNT courier. I am extremely annoyed with TNT couriers and would never recommend them to anyone, since they do not take personalized care unlike Blue Dart or the more expensive courier services to deliver the package personally to the customer. Let them charge a little more, but they should deliver it properly to the customer and to no one else or let them drop a "we missed you" card. After all, it wouldn't cost them so much to do that, would it? It is not the sender's fault that he trusted TNT, but it is the courier service's fault that they do not leave any notifications. We would have at least gone personally to the TNT office and picked up the package as soon as we could, if they had dropped a message in our mailbox. Instead, they take the easy way out - hand it over to someone else. I do not understand why TNT does this to its customers. I have attached photographs of how badly it has been tampered today, since I only got some time today. Otherwise, my hands were full and I had to take care of my sick mother, do my work and also handle domestic work all on my own.
