We hereby like to inform you that TCL is offering worst service which we haven’t experienced with other brand, Since the complaint has been register more than one month but still no one has visiting the complaint this is the 4th time raising the complaint but no one is bothered to attend
Only TCL offers warranty but no one attends the complaint(Will surely update 10different reviews on your dishonesty service)
Online chat has been done with TCL team with Niranjan customer supports , he tells me the tickets has been closed , My question is my complaints it self is not closed how cum the tickets has closed this show the TCL SOP the stands are not in place, Not been maintained and planned accordingly.
Make money by selling the product with warranty nothing matters, make sure your warranty meets the customer break down calls, attend breakdown calls on priority with no time limits and this makes the product worth .That’s how the top brands still put on the stamp . On market to buy TCL product people think twice because of this type of service held with them, so you do understand for better tomorrow.
