My daughter had bought a samsung galaxy 6 months ago and bought Syska Gadget Secure insurance alongside since we had seen such huge ads at all multiplexes(especially at PVR cinemas before every movie they play those ads). But when she lost the phone and went to their website, the claim was rejected without any explanation.We even got FIR registered and took a photo of that, we had all documents of purchase, our ID and everything in place but still when we went to website within 30 hours of the phone being lost, first we had to wait for long time for documents to upload and then it was instantly rejected and job card closed! Then we tried calling them up.
First, a service representative said they will look into it. 1 day later we again got the same message that claim has been rejected. Second representative said that we delayed in getting back to them which was a lie since we had claimed within 30 hours whereas the time frame is 48 hours. Then we were rerouted to different people so many times that we gave up and simply bought another phone!
