I joined Synechron last 1 year and I must say that this is one company which really cares for its employees. There are lot of health & wellness initiatives in the company. I go to Yoga, Gym or Cycling during work hours as it helps me release stress. They also have lot of indoor-outdoor sports competitions, parties and team celebrations.
Synechron is doing interesting activities on the technology front as well. The owners of the company are highly focused and involved in all company activities. The company can improve on some processes and leave policy. But overall a good company to work with.
