I had booked the product with booking id no. SD/3/2014/161301, they sent the damaged product, when I made a complaint they said it damaged in transit, but I have not found the damaged piece in box. It means they packed and sent me damaged product. I am calling them from the past 2 weeks they are not replacing it even not refunding my amount. So guys, never trust this company, it is a fraud online company in market, they are making us fools. Beware of Surat Diamond. Its a bullsh*t company in market. Guys don't make the mistake of ordering through this online store.
