I feel this review is:
This fan consumes only 35 w of energy compared to normal fan consuming anywhere between 75 w to 140 w energy. technology wise and energy saving wise it is good. Problem is with service. till 3 years back service was good; but now a days service is pathetic to say; no response even for genuine request; most of the time the toll free number is switched off; if on you have to wait for 9 to 15 minutes; post which it will get disconnected. not the service that we were expecting.
Service wise very POOR.
