All the ceiling fans(5 A1/V1/X1 - almost all the models) in my apartment are from super fan, these fans are not durable, one of the fans had a motor failure in one year, they replaced it quickly by then. Now I have a similar situation with other fan, that's not working anymore. I have been trying to reach their customer care through the e-mails since I'm located in the states, they simply don't care or read emails on the support DL. My mom called them twice, this is a nightmare, they just don't stand behind their product. Avoid this company at any cost and buy conventional fans. I have seen fans from Orient or Crompton run for years without any problems whatsoever.
It's fancy when you read about these brush less DC motors and low power consumption, they are not dirt cheap either, they are expensive and it's of poor quality, you spend 20K on fans just to realize that they would turn into a lemon in few years, this company hasn't evolved to the extent where they make quality fans or they stand behind faulty products or respond quickly to problems. These fans have 5 year warranty, but what good is the warranty if people don't respond to your queries and you are forced to chase them for repairs.

I'm changing my ratings here and giving them a chance since this was resolved on the same day the e-mail was acknowledged.
