Super Size Me is a documentary about the fastfood culture in the west. Morgan Sporlock, in this documentary attempts to relate the corporate policies of fastfood chains and the growing obseity levels in various demographics of the american population. The correlation of obesity with that of corporate policies sounds far fetched but that is what Sporlock does by investigating McDonalds. The experiment brings out the harsh truth about McDonalds nutrition levels and many such instances where the corporate policy brinks on being on the wrong side of the law. There is not much I can say about the documentary without spoiling it for you all.
But I do recommend it as a must watch for fastfood junkies and realize what overindulgence can do.
As for the other aspects of the movie such as cast performance, soundtrack, cinematography, etc. I give it a namesake "one" - its a documentary !
After watching the movie:
For people wanting a after movie activity - go to a McDonald's and ask them incriminating questions!
