Please don't go for sun direct very very poor customer care executive and waste technicians. once they sold the sun direct product and installation the next day itself problem starts for the consumer. If you call customer care executives for any problem in channel clearance satellite change the customer executives will simply ask the user id and they will tell within 2 days their technician will come to their place but after one week also technician will not come again the consumer will call to customer care the customer care executive will again ask the name of customer and account details and then says that your complaint have been register technician will come it was being happened for me for past 3 months even single call have been come from the customer care or by the technician . so please dont go for sun direct.
