I made a complaint on the set top box and their phone representative promised to replace the set top box(at a cost) within 24 hours.
Seeing that it was not attended even after 24 hours, I called them up again. They apologized and told that definely within next 24 hours someone is going to solve my problem.
Now since then more than 48 hours have passed and no one has turned up. I think they are not going to turn up unless there are a series of follow up calls. What law is there in India to penalise such negligence? A question from a frustrated customer.
