Hi friends,
I visited Guwahati just few days back and booked this hotel Sumi Hotel for one night. I took a single bedroomvwith AC. The reception was good. But the room was very dirty and even the bathroom wasn't good. I expected better room for the price they charged. I complained and requested for better room but they said all the rooms are booked. So for one night after a long tiring journey I had to stay in a dirty room. The bathroom had no shop or shampoo, so I had to call the house keeping they made me wait for 30mins for a shop. They have very bad guest service.
