I would like show how Su-Kam people humiliate it's customer. Below is the mail which I wrote yesterday and after this mail. They haven't replied on this. They are just avoiding because they don't want to repair product under warranty. Even CEO(Mr. Venkat) of Su-Kam, is also sleeping on this issue. Now they have barred my mobile no. on customer care as well. I never seen such pathetic company. It was really bad experience. Such behavior is common in local vendor and that's why we go for brand.


Beware of such companies.

I have bought Su-kam inverter around two years back. I was very happy with this product so I have recommended it to several people.


Last week, inverter made some noise and stop working. Next day I have called the customer care(complaint no. 1108343671) and they told me that someone would visit in 24 hr. Next day in the evening, I got SMS that you problem has been resolved. It was very frustrating for me as this location(Indirapuram, Ghazibad) has electricity cut around 12 hr. Third day again I called the Customer care and they told me that nobody was at home. This is very obvious thing that if someone is not at home you will call and ask. So this was very pathetic excuse. Now they again gave complaint no.(1108345604). I called last Saturday(7th Aug), they told me that tomorrow is Sunday so that on Monday will solve your problem. I am suffering from viral fever, I kept waiting whole day on Monday. I called two times in day time. Nobody has come and in the evening I asked customer care that if you can not solve please say this I would resolve this problem with some local vendor. On this they said please give us last chance. Today, I had to come my office even in the high temperature. There is no status or feedback from your customer care.


I request you to shut down you customer care as they are making fool. This will save your money and stop loosing customer.
