We cannot compare abroad's education and India's education system because they have their own thinking, their own capability to serve a student, their own teaching techniques like our fingers as they are different also do different works.
It will be a thinking like illiterate or uneducated person. Every year around 2 to 4 lac students pass outs from their respective colleges or institutions, the system is completely dependent on students, if students are not doing a good in their academics but he/she/Transgender has passed examination with first class or good marks even they did not placed in good company or for higher studies, so they will only blame to their home's university or colleges or schools, no one will think from both sides.
It is not as necessary to have a graduates degree or higher studies from abroad.You need to be skilled in your field should know everything, should have knowledge, these type and qualified students only have places in their country whether it be abroad or india.So be skilled nd intelligent!
